Job Details:

"LAN & WAN Management at Head Office

a.      Documentation, exploration and troubleshooting of System related difficulties in WAN/LAN

b.      Organize with Telco package suppliers to decide any downtime of the links

c.        Documentation and analysis of frequently occurring problems on a once-a-month basis

d.       Organize with sellers for the inactive works like cables etc. for its good layout and conservation

e.       Problems out of scope to be escalated and followed up for closure with OEM/Vendors

f.        Building and Conserving Understanding base for the faults re-counted and resolved

Performance Monitoring:

A.      Screen and continue the best presentation of all Network Kit’s by safeguarding that the correct structure is loaded at all times

B.       Periodic health check of Network in terms of application response on the network

C.       Enable Quality of Service and ensure that the desired application performance is obtained and documented

D.     Testing the backup link ISDN or Leased line as the case may be, on a weekly basis to ensure that the backup link is working. Report any issues observed and follow escalation matrix

Ø  Creating many Reports as per necessities

Ø   Reorganized documentation associated to client System Setup

Ø   Support to be extended during Month/Quarter/Year end and for any Si issue resolution"
